With nearly 20 years of strategic marketing experience across industries like retail, healthcare, hospitality, and aviation, Megan brings a versatile and strategic approach to marketing. She has led large-scale, integrated marketing initiatives, including developing and managing comprehensive budgets, building multi-channel strategies across paid and organic media, driving customer loyalty programs, managing influencer and ambassador partnerships, and leading event strategy and execution. She also brings deep experience in website strategy and SEO, from building site maps and optimizing user experiences to improving site performance and collaborating with agency teams and internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Before joining the team full-time in the fall of 2024, Megan worked with Lone Mountain Aircraft on a contract basis and previously served as Marketing Director at Cirrus Aircraft, prior to their move to Knoxville, TN. She’s excited to be back in the aviation space, reconnecting with familiar faces from her Cirrus days.
Based in northern Minnesota near Lake Superior, she lives with her husband Dan, their two boys, Jeffrey and Anders (pronounced ahn-ders), and a small herd of horses. Outside of work, Megan breeds, raises, and trains young horses, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family — whether it’s camping, fishing, skiing, or just making the most of life on the North Shore.
